At the Ashram, education isn't confined to textbooks. Our Group System is the vital backbone of campus life, designed to give every student a sense of identity, a reliable team, and a family to grow with. Rather than being just another face in the crowd, every student is part of a dedicated house where they learn the true meaning of responsibility and brotherhood.

How It Works

The system thrives through a healthy blend of mentorship and spirited competition. Every student is assigned to one of our four core groups. These groups operate as self-governing units, encouraging students to look out for one another and work toward a common goal.

Year-Long Championship Criteria

• Academic Excellence: High marks and consistent performance in class.
• Discipline & Cleanliness: Maintaining the highest standards in residential wings.
• Cultural Participation: Talent in drama, music, and elocution.
• Sportsmanship: Teamwork and victories on the field.

At the end of the year, the winning group is awarded the Ratnashram Shield — a symbol of pride and collective excellence.
